Triggers are often subconscious alarms, piercing your ears like Mötörhead. Street signs along the path of the walk of self knowledge. They are residue of past lives and experiences. They are mallets that crack the freedom bell and let in the light. This has been your trigger warning.

Triggers aren't all bad or dangerous. UNLESS! You don't heed the understanding and put in your periphery. If used correctly, they can be trained allies and unlock your next level of Jedi force and self-mastery.
What do triggers mean? What truth bombs are they looking to detonate? Can you sit in the uncomfortableness? Not turn away from looking at your dark side.
Do you have the strength to ask the difficult questions? Remember, growth is just outside your comfort zone. It's time to get dirty, cry ugly, scream profusely, and come out the other side.
