Vulnerability is finding the courage to expose oneself's weakness or injury despite the possibility of emotional or physical attack or harm. We have to allow ourselves to be seen despite the chance of being viewed negatively. We fear that our worst makes us unworthy, unlovable and separate. Time to shed the armor and get real.

We are wired for struggle. Shame, fear and worthiness often keep us from living our best lives and revealing our true, authentic selves. To be vulnerable is to love. To be vulnerable is true power.

We want to thank everyone who responded to our question of what's your definition of vulnerability? Vulnerability is a choice. You can learn how to be more vulnerable. Without a willingness nothing is possible. Take a deep breath and step into the unknown.
